With late arrivals, we will fulfill the appointment to the best of our abilities. However, this is your time and our artist will adjust the appointment accordingly.
Full Cancellation Policy:
All booked appointments are sent reminders via text and/or email 2 days and also 1 day prior. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No-call, no-shows will lose the non-refundable deposit of $50. If a client is running more than 15 minutes late and DOES NOT NOTIFY us ahead of time it will be considered a no-call, no-show. If a client is more than 15 minutes late but DOES NOTIFY us, they may or may not be asked to reschedule. It is up to the artist to be determined. We will give our best to be flexible with our clients, and ask for you to help us protect our time and others by abiding by our policy.
